I like the fact that this provider is the same one that I know from previous meetings, and I have like a relationship ongoing. I was given prior notice and reminded, and I could review and prepare and have a good meeting that was more effective.

It was efficient and easy. This provider is not anyone I would normally visit. I have a pcp and multiple specialists so this survey I feel doesn't accurately describe this particular provider. She was however, very good at what she needed to do.

Overall experience is satisfactory. Ms. Tran went over all of medications, medical history & helpful medical suggestions.

I have been with st Jude heritage med grp for a long time because the experience I have with this medical group seems I am in good hands when it comes to my healthcare and near to my area where I live. St Jude is a big hospital and most importantly very clean it seems that the Drs are very knowledgeable and professional in their profession nurses are very good staff are good plus so far all my drs by their profession or line they know what they are doing. In short I like this medical group since all my doctors that I need are in this group.

The communication with provider is very helpful plus the video benefit gives more guidance.
