I am sooo very thankful that parking at my medical group's offices are no longer in the multi-tiered, pay for parking structure. The reception desl ladies are always so kind and helpful. The medical techs are always competent and caring and of course, PA Jenna Kim was WONDERFUL!

Don't stop me k are well organized. Well, they say one thing. But they don't always report it properly. Thank you for your attention

Extremely responsive to my concerns

Jenna Kim listened well and addresssed my questions. For the Knott Family Endoscopy Center, the time there was rushed to quickly. The IV was leaking and had to be retaped and blankets changed due to the blood from my hand. Also, I was moved out too quickly, I have no recommendation of getting dressed, which makes me feel uncomfortable.

Jenna Kim is one of the best provider . I was happy so seeing her, I was having pain on my neck and shoulder she told me put heating pad. Also she referred therapy and right away. They proved my therapist I can go see my therapist. Thank you so much. Person checked me in. She was very nice. Also, the nurse were very nice. I was very happy.
