The physician and medical staff provided amazing and professional medical care. Everyone is always very helpful, caring, and very supportive with my medical needs and advice on preventative care. This is the best medical group and I love providing medical referrals for this office to my family members and friends.

Dr. Lu was very attentive and asked questions to find out exactly what was happening with me.

She was very good and listened patiently when I saw her in person. She addressed or advised about each of my medical concerns. When calling and asking an assistant of some sort a question, sometimes I never hear back.

Dr. Lu & staff are amazing! The only draw back is getting an appointment with Dr. Lu usually is 3months out, but they do get you in with a NP that's better then waiting 3 months (but rather see Dr. Lu) although the NP's are good too.

Dr Lu has always treated me with the best of care -giving personal experiences to motivate me to staying fit at my age. She's understanding and has always gone above and beyond when it has come to prescribing tests and health care whenever I have needed tests in the past. She's the best at understanding all my health issues with all my specialists. I feel like I am in good hands with Dr Lu.

The team and Dr Lu are just so kind and nice. Dr Lu provides me and my wife great care. For my wife it has been life saving. Also I love the MyChart feature which helps us stay on top of things. I am hoping when my wife retires that we will still be able to use providence and Dr Lu.

Everyone I encountered in the office from the front desk, to the med assistant, to my doctor to the phlebotomist were all so kind! I just wish it was easier to make an appointment

I was having a side affect to one of the prescriptions I take and Dr. Lu listened to what I was saying and switched my prescription. No side affect with the new medication so I'm very happy with the result.

I have nothing but great care with Dr. Lu. She had referred me to a dermatologist for an urgent visit a couple of years ago and unfortunately I would have had to wait 3 months to get in. She knew I needed to get In sooner so she contacted their office and I got In within a week. That's a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients.

Had excellent experience. There was delay for appointment to start but I understand how patients timing can get behind. The Dr and MA spent appropriate time with me and I appreciate not feeling rushed.

Dr Jennifer Lu is compassionate provider. She really cares and takes her time . She addressed all my questions and offered solutions.

Only infrequently do I get to see Dr. Lu herself. However, her nurses, PAs and NPs are pleasant, knowledgeable, confer with and call in the Doctor at the end of the visit if necessary.

I really like my care provider, Dr. Lu. She treats me with respect and as a person not a patient number. She makes sure that I understand everything and if I have any questions. Her office staff are caring and patient with everyone. My problem is that it's really hard to see Dr. Lu. She's so busy and I guess very popular. It could take 3 months or longer to see her. I'm happy to see anyone in her office and group. So I take whoever is available sooner. I've had to go to urgent care because I couldn't get in to see anyone in her office. But it's ok. I love my care provider. Thank you Dr. Lu and staff.

Dr. Jennifer Lu is the gold standard for providers. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient, attentive, respectful, and provides stellar patient-centered care. She goes out of her way to listen, validate, ensure the patient feels like they are an active collaborator in their plan of care, and thoroughly explains everything that she has determined to be the best course of treatment and exactly what she is doing during any procedure. She adheres to universal precautions, maintains the highest standards, and takes the time to obtain consent prior to recording any patient interactions. Although she must have incredible demands placed upon her, and a very high caseload, she is so present with her patients, effectively and efficiently uses her great wisdom, knowledge and expertise to determine what is needed, and provides the most compassionate, dignified care any person could ever hope for. She is a phenomenal healer and human being, and St. Jude Heritage Medical Group and the world are better places because she is in it.

She is always kind and listen carefully.

Dr Jennifer Lu is my new primary doctor. Two of my close friends also see her. We are all very pleased. She spends enough time with us and explains everything so we understand. Dr Benoit was my primary doctor for many many years. When he retired I was upset and worried who I would be able to see. The first time I met Dr Lu I knew I was in good hands.

Dr Lu is a fantastic doctor and I have never been more impressed with a doctor in my entire lifetime

Dr Lu takes time to both my husband and me about our concerns and she is very caring and makes sure we understand why she adjust our medications or taking certain tests.

Doctor Lu is a new doctor, I am very happy with her. Doctor Ogden moved to a different position.I've seen a couple of other male doctors there that I was not happy with at all.Doctor Ogden was the best!! But I think Doctor Lu is going to be a nice replacement.

Dr Lu is my favorite doctor that I trust completely. Been with her for years. She genuinely cares about my health and goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best care with referrals and taking prescriptions that are necessary for my heart health. I believe her 100%. I've been against the prescriptions until this visit with her. She is the best doctor I've ever had.

This was 1st time I'd seen Dr Lu. I would normally have had my annual wellness appt with Dr Benoit. I liked Dr Lu very much. She has lots of energy and was very easy to talk to.
