Dr. Hien Nguyen and the staffs are very helpful and caring. Dr. Nguyen listened and explained everything clearly. She remembers that I have a heart disease and that I am currently seeing a cardiologist. She reviewed my results and ordered more test for my high liver enzyme because it was abnormal. She also reconciled my medications and think that one of my cholesterol meds might cause me to have high liver enzyme. Dr. Nguyen also entered notes for my cardiologist to review that medications as a respect to the cardiologist, and it also helps me to remember when I see my cardiologist this month. In addition, the referral process is very quick and I got approved for my chest x ray in a day. Her MA is also very nice and polite. Thank you.

Dr Hien is a kind and compassionate doctor.

I would have loved to have more time with my provider. She said that they dont do feces tests and yet up front they said they do. Didn't tell me I had to schedule an appointment to do my blood tests, reception said I needed one. I felt as though she wasn't thorough with how I feel but she did refer a lot of blood test for me.

Dr. Hien Nguyen is absolutely the best Dr. I have been seen by, I have been her patient for over 4 years and have no complaints, she very caring and takes the time to discuss with me any concerns regarding my health. I really appreciate her, she's a blessing in my life as I tell her constantly.

I am happy with the care I receive. My only complaint is that it seems like I can't see any specialists close to my home. I have to drive 30 minutes to get a mammogram, and driving makes me very anxious. I wish there were offices in anaheim.

The staff at the facility is wonderful . The front desk and nurses are amazing and make sure every question and concern is heard . My doctor this visit seemed like she had no care, didn't seem to know my medical history , and made me feel like the reason I went there was for nothing and made me feel unheard . I'm sure she's an amazing doctor but my experience was unfortunately not pleasant .
