Martin is always attentive and responsive with attention to detail about my heath concerns. The staff in the office always provides informed professional care when I have gone to the office. My issues are always addressed in a timely manner using MyChart and efficient communication.

Dr. Walstak know all my medical history before coming into the room. I needed to be seen right away so I was sent to the Garden Grove office and I have always gone to the Fullerton Providence office. Dr. Alstak was patient and kind. I appreciated his care for my health issues.

The visit was a good experience

I had an e visit with Martin because I needed answers concerning my ultra sound results. Provider was not prepared, did not know if had an ultrasound, pretty much read the same thing I could read on my chart. In the end he said I should speak with my ob gyn. If this was the case, the office should've told me before asking me to schedule an e visit in order to have my ultrasound results explained to me. I took time out of my work schedule as well for the e visit. I felt like provider did not care enough to read my chart and my concern prior to the visit.Additionally, they asked me to do blood tests. The results came back and the PA emailed me exactly what lab Corp posted. These results I can read too. As a patient it would be nice if they interpreted it for me. I do not understand what ferritin levels are low mean. They never explained it. Very dissapointed

NP Martin is very kind, educated and patient. I requested an appointment on a specific time and date and was able to get an appointment with Martin. His availability is the best in the office, I feel very comfortable discussing my health concerns with him.

Martin listened well, addressed my concerns, was knowledgeable regarding my health history, understood my prescriptions and why changes were made after an ER episode on [Date]. He gave me clarity and understanding. He put me at ease.

I had lost my insurance and saw different doctors and I hope I never have that problem again, these providers have been so helpful and supportive to me and my family. We feel blessed to have them as our caregivers.

The Care team at Heritage in Garden Grove always shows the utmost care and concern and professionalism. I've never been disappointed.

Although this is my first visit but I am impressed with everything about this visit. The facility is clean, the clerks are nice, waiting time is ~10 minutes, the nurses and the PA clearly explained things that I need to do/know.

I tested positive for covid. The dr was very precise on all information. Made me feel better that he took his time to explain what was going on.
