This was my first visit to Michelle Lee as she is replacing my other provider who recently retired. Michelle was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She took her time, answered my questions and more importantly she listened.

I had a very good experience with Michelle . She listened attentively to my concerns. She asked questions and helped me to clarify . She was quick to give referrals to specialists and for tests that were specific to my needs. I liked her very much and would like very much to see her again.

Ms Lee was of great help in managing a prescription to assist in my care. She was very friendly and easy to talk to.

Dr. Lee was so sweet and kind. I felt so comfortable with her. I hadn't been to the doctor in like 20 years because a doctor was so demeaning to me, but she erased all that for me.

Ms. Lee correctly diagnosed my issue and prescribed the necessary medication. My only concern is that it took seven days to get an appointment with someone in any of your offices.

Very timely, thoughtful, and well spoken. She and the office are great providers compared to others I have had in the past.

This recent experience was very good. I will say that I have been considering changing primary doctors due to the fact she (regular PCP) has been on maternity leave (twice now) the majority of the time she has been my PCP. I understand that is part of life and she has that right, of course. But, there have been several times where I would prefer to see her vs a PA or NP. To be completely fair however, I have been satisfied with both alternatives to my PCP. It's just I prefer consistency when seeing a health practitioner. I will also say that it would be nice if you had more DO doctors to choose from that are female in your medical group. I prefer a doctor who is more about health care, prevention and healing versus medicine. Overall, Iam happy with the group, ease of referrals, x-rays. Etc.

The office is always clean. People are respectful. My doctor is caring. Spends time to talk about my needs my medication is my referrals. She talks about everything. She is very good. I like her a lot.

This was my first time at this office with seeing Michele Lee. She was very thorough in looking at my record and very attentive to listening to me and questions that I had in which she was able to answer. I have usually always been seen by the Hesperia Office and being that my previous PA has retired I feel very comfortable with continuing to see Michele Lee for my continued healthcare appointments.
