I just wanted to clarify one of the questions I answered as a yes and that is do I use this provider if I am ill or have an injury. It would take too long to get an appointment with my PCP so I use one of the Providence urgent care clinics instead. I go to the one across from Saint Jude Hospital and it is terrific. I am very pleased with the experience I have at Dr. Middleton's office whenever I go for a routine check. The waiting room is always calm, clean, not crowded and the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Middleton and his staff are always top notch and I feel like I get very good care there. Lots of positive energy! Dr. Middleton always answers my questions and gives me helpful suggestions about how to handle any medical issues I have. He is the best!

Dr Middleton was excellent. However getting an appointment with the general surgeon was not. I spent 7 hours in the emergency room and was diagnosed with a hernia. Dr Middleton also agreed it was a hernia yet I can not get into see the surgeon for a visit for a month or so. I should have the surgery now.

I almost never give tens on my ratings. I recently had an appointment with my favorite doctor, Doctor Midelton, and during my appointment I was very slow speaking because I believe I am still sick with what I believe is a persistent viral Illness that has resurfaced again after 27 years, I was NOT able to communicate this to my most Excellent Doctor, But I was able to communicate flu like symptoms to him, so he provided me with great medications for a cold or flu. My Wife and I have been fortunate enough to have this superb doctor for the last 25 years. He has done Soo much to help my wife and I. I want to take this opportunity also to greatly thank nurse practitioner Summer, (Who I would highly recommend to a Family member,) for referring me to Dr. Midelton, and I was able to get an appointment with him very quickly which I am very grateful for! After the appointment was completely over, I remembered to ask a medical assistant to note on the computer my Diagnosed persistent viral Illness and communicate this to my health provider. This diagnosis was made by a former health provider between 27 and 28 years ago. As I vaguely recall at that time, this illness caused me to be out of work for quite a few weeks. Thank you very much for this opportunity to relate this to you!
