This was my first visit with Dr Nguyen. I have been coming to Oso Niguel for about 32 years. She provided exceptional service. She was very patient with the questions I had and gave me precise and informative answers. I feel very confident that she is my new primary care doctor.

I didn't feel like the provider gave any feedback on the concerns I raised. This may have been because we needed blood results but I left with more questions than I came in with. She seemed to listen well but there was not really a two way dialogue.

The appointment was on time, the doctor was friendly, professional, had reviewed my file, and completed a routine exam. I couldn't have asked for any better treatment than I received.

I see my doctor every 4 months so the scheduling questions are pointless.I make an appointment for my next visit before I leave. This visit I didn't see my doctor as see wasn't in yet, I saw the nurse for most of my visit as we were just going over my test results and that was ok with me me. I did see an associate of my doctor at the end of my appointment she went over my records and we discussed my results.

Dr. Bedran was my PCP but then he transferred to the RSM location so I was assigned to Dr. Nguyen. I wasn't sure what to expect on my first visit and it turned out better than expected. She listened to my concerns and offered knowledge based on my needs. She also had a sense of humor.

Provider did not bother to Introduce herself when she walked in. She spent all her time reading the computer and made no effort to get to know me'. Definitely will not go back
