You asked me about prior 3 months...I do not recall. I came down with covid last part of Oct & I did a walk in appointment. Prior to that last summer I had an awful pain in my side and did a walk-in & they took care of me immediately. All the doctors and staff are always very nice & helpful.

Very detail exposition on my questions. Kind and professional also.

Honestly, I was very highly satisfied with my appointment with Dr Kim. I was formerly a patient of Dr Lee, and this was my first appointment with Dr Kim, for a physical. Dr Kim cared a Great Deal about me as an individual and as a patient. She took time to research and print out information very specifically helpful to me as a senior with Parkinson's. She explained several things that I did not know about supplements, water consumption and medicines. I am grateful my wife, [Name(s)] recommended Dr Kim to me. This was an made to " establish relationships " with new PCP Dr Sara Kim . It was a good connection without a doubt . I highly recommended her to our co- workers at Mission Hospital .Glad to have her ..

My appointment was at the end of the day and it took 1 and a half hours to complete, other than that Dr.Kim was great.

At the end of the visit the doctor said time to listen to heart and lungs but she looked in my ears and at my eyes only. They had me fill out new patient form that asked my concerns to discuss but we didn't have time to address them. As a healthcare worker myself I would suggest the doctor doesn't announce that her time is going off. I understand they have time frame to spend with patients but if I was aware of that I would have felt cut off. Just a suggestion.

This was my first meeting with my new doctor, Dr Kim. She was very thorough in discussing my past medical history and for our goals for my future health. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting her and feel very positive about our future doctor -patient relationship.

This visit was to establish a relationship with my new primary care physician Dr. Sarah Kim who replaced my other physician Dr. Susan Lee. Dr. Kim provided an extended visit to establish care with her. I was impressed because it is rare these days that physicians take the time in my experience. Dr. Kim was professional while being personable and relaxed and seemed genuinely glad to have me as her patient. I appreciated that she gave me positive feedback about my health and that she is also open to discussing a range of more holistic treatments as well. I do not like to take a lot of medicine if I don't have because I have a lot of allergies to medications and she listened to my concerns about this. I am very grateful to have Dr. Kim as my new physician. I will return in April for my wellness exam.

Dr. Kim is amazing. I have a rare genetic disease and she was prepared, reading up on my [ID] Disease. This disease has an impact on what drugs I am able to take. Dr. Kim was so prepared and professional and easy to talk to.

Very good experience as I was needing to find a new doctor thus this visit

I had to repeat myself several times. For instance, she said "knee surgery" I said I never had knee surgery. She had my chart, but she was new at looking at it. I was there to see if she would be the doctor that would replace my internist who is retiring. She did suggest I get a blood pressure machine at CVS and to come back in two weeks after taking it twice a day. So I'm doing that. I'm hoping she will be committed to my health (at age 75) and see me through to the end.

I myself am a health care provider. Dr. Kim was very courteous and respectful of my input. She was thorough with my medical history since this was a new patient visit. I look forward to her overseeing my health care since Dr. Lee is no longer my PCP.

Dr. Kim Sarah Kim was professional, upbeat and relatable and I enjoyed meeting her for the first time. I appreciated that I could have my labs drawn in the office and not have to go somewhere else. The office staff were all courteous. As a first time patient to this practice, it was not great that my wait time was over an hour from my original appointment time. Other than that, I had a positive experience and am happy to have this smaller practice nearby. Although I can see my lab results online, no one has called to discuss them with me so imagine there is nothing alarming in the results.

My previous primary care md has moved to urgent care, Dr Kim is new but very impressed with her, the experience was very good

She was nervous, pushy, and clearly inexperienced. She did not come across with any warmth or speak with compassion or tact. Her approach was mechanical. She covered the points as though she was looking at a checklist. I will be looking for a new primary care physician.

The provider tried very hard to accommodate my needs, but the way she interacts with me shows that she lacks the experience of dealing with older people. The provider is not rude at all, but she needs to communicate in a better way with her patients.
