I chose this practice because of her her and I'm sad I have to change to another primary care physician due to office protocols. But I know I can see her if need be.

Knowledgeable and smart

Carmel was very helpful in what I needed and was able to get me an appointment with the specialist the very next day. I got lucky that someone canceled their appointment, but regardless they fit me in and was able to get my knee looked at quicker than I expected.

I was satisfied with my visit. I didn't spend a lot time waiting and they were able to help me in a timely fashion. The staff were helpful and kind and professional.

The assigned care provider C. Rafael, is an excellent provider. She is thoughtful, explains her actions prior to taking them as well as caring and knowledgeable. We appreciate her and consider her a great asset to the team.

This is my first time using my Medical and I found it easy to navigate. They switched my Physician and I did not know until I made my appointment. I was not too concerned because of the information I received about Providence has been exceptional. With that being said I am pleased with the Dr. Carmel and the care I received. I felt very comfortable.

Dr. Carmel Raphael is very personable, Professional and knowledgeable of her trade and my medical history. I have referred family members to her over the years and will continue to do so.
