I've had such a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Spence that I've transferred both of my teenage daughters to be under her care as well. Doctor Spence is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has a lot of compassion in practicing medicine. I find nowadays doctors don't care anymore and Dr. Spence does care 100%. We need more doctors out there like her!

This was my first visit. I was very pleased with the facility and my care.

The Doctor ordered emergency approval for a cardiologist appt and I received the approval within 2 hours. She was extremely knowledge, explained to me the concerns and listened to me. Her assistant also followed up the next day.

Dr. Spence was one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. She took her time with me, asked questions and answered all of mine.

After I completed my visit I was told that she would like blood samples & that I could make an appointment or do it now at their facility. I chose the ladder & it was done quickly.

I think the doctor was proficient but didn't take any extra time to talk about my current health situation. I had to do all of the asking and question. Nothing was proactive or volunteered.

The wait was short. Every team member were respectful and kind. I had a good experience overall. Only wish the parking validation issue was noted before patient visit. They used to validate but no longer offer that service so I had to pay for quite an expensive fee for that.

This visit was a first meeting and physical exam to establish care. The office was quite busy, but I felt Dr. Spence spent the appropriate amount of time with me which included reviewing my medical history, completing an exam, assessing my care needs, and discussing referrals. My lab tests and referrals were handled very efficiently, and I appreciated that Dr. Spence communicated test results and responded to my questions in a prompt & timely manner.

Dr Spence is fantastic! Not only was she able to see me right away, and the entire visit was smooth and efficient. Everyone on staff was not only prompt but also incredibly attentive during intake. Then when meeting with Dr. Spence she was incredibly attentive and kind, taking extra time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease for my pre-op. The staff was equally friendly and professional and I will definitely be switching my main primary care to this office/doctor. Highly recommend!
