Dr Niles, is very knowledgeable and speaks in lay-man terms while explaining his point or in response to my questions. In terms of after hour questions, I use the patient portal often in the evenings. Dr Niles responses the next day to my inquiries, he's proactive in ordering necessary lab work or discussing possible referrals. Dr. Niles makes me feel comfortable as he listens attentively and full responses to my questions. I'm very happy that Dr. Niles is my primary care physician.
