My primary care physician is on maternity leave and no one bothered to tell me when I tried to contact her with an urgent problem

The experience with the doctor was excellent the receptionist in the front did not have the courtesy to hold the door open for myself and my wife, my wife was in a wheelchair I thought that was rude of her. I'm just glad the nurses and the doctor were in good spirit and helped a lot.

The physician was great. She listened and provided me with the exams I required as well as medication.
Providence Patient
She was dismissive of my health concerns and minimized my symptoms. I had to request blood test and advocate for myself. I received my test results and she did not follow up. I scheduled an appointment with a different provider to establish care due to me feeling unsatisfied with her approach. Also seems like her main goal was to get me off my medication for example questioned why I was still on Zoloft and said I should get off of it she also questioned my diagnosis of postpartum anxiety/depression. Her nurse called only to ask why I had scheduled an appointment to establish care with a different provider but Doctor did not address my test results. Overall this was the first time ever that I've felt dismissed and not heard by a doctor
