The reason for my visit was I am a new patient and the doctor I picked was unavailable until May 2026. I have a thyroid prescription that needed to be filled. Everyone was very professional and all my concerns were addressed in a professional matter. I'm glad to be back at Facey after two years gone.

Im very happy with my Doctor. I don't believe I have ever had a bad experience with any care provider at Facey. Regarding the question of ease in making an appointment. Oh, its easy enough to make one once you get through the terribly slow phone system. What is difficult is getting an appointment right away or in a timely manner for something other than a check-up which I have every 6 months and make the appointment in advance.
