Nicole Glick, NP is awesome. She actually listened to my concerns and answered my questions and she took time with me to go over my questions and concerns. She made me feel understood and heard. I didn't feel like I was dismissed with my questions, concerns and symptoms. Thank you Nicole.

We had a phone conversation which allowed me to receive drugs for an extreme cold.

Very Good: I waited minutes to be seen, that was great. Nikki was fabulous, extremely good deminer, thorough, and found I was taking me Staten at the wrong time of the day. I had no idea I was to take that at night, before bed. She responded to my follow up post visit message within and hour! Five Starts.

Easy comfortable and knowledgeable provider. She is kind understanding,suggestive to alternatives things to look for with any concerns. A very caring individual and she makes a visit to a doctors appointment safe and felling at ease.

First time I had an appointment set up with this provider. The provider seemed nice to start with , but she did not take a close look at my face , or use magnifier to confirm my facial skin issue. She was sitting far from me . I asked her to look at my facial skin hoping she will notice itchy/burning dots on my face.I did not hear from her any explanation regarding my issue, or confirmation of some sort. She just acted as though there is nothing on my face . Finally I asked if she is going to recommend a solution . She said , she will give me meds for eczema/psoriasis .Went to pick up my meds, there was a shampoo ordered for me ?? I had to call back later and make sure if I need to use shampoo on my hair or face ?? Pharmacist did not know why a shampoo ? They said may you need to apply to your face .Very disappointing viisit. Felt lke waste of time.

I went to see Nikki Glick regarding stomach issues I was having for a month or so. I could not get to see Katy Miranda as she was away so my daughter and I saw Nikki. She was very nice, personable and professional and went over my chart thoroughly to see what had been going on. She described side effects from medicine I had been put on earlier in the month and prescribed another stomach med (I stopped the antibiotic) and after a few days, w/her prescription, my stomach seemed to calm down. She was very attentive to what was going on in my life which I appreciated very much. I have a follow-up zoom visit w/Katy Miranda on [date] w/results of blood work that she had ordered. I was very happy with my visit with Nikki.

I only have good things to say. Nicole Glick was excellent. Professional,knowledgeable, and caring about my concerns. Calmed my fears and saw the issue that was causing the pain I had. I haven't had an issue since and it has cleared up.I can't say enough for Dr. Benners staff and the clinicians who step in and step up.Do NOT lose these great folks.

I was very much impressed with Nicole. Unfortunately, I saw her because I was unable to see cardiologist or primary care giver on heels of an emergency hospital visit. I appreciated her suggestion of medication, but decided to wait a few days and see my cardiologist for her medication recommendation. It was not a decision I made easily. Nicole quite competent and very professional.
