I am a male over 40 years old, I would have thought my doctor would have ordered routine exams for this age group including prostate cancer screening, colonoscopy ets. Also, I have been asking to have my T levels checked and she basically refused

Dr. Kirsten Schoenrock was a good listener when I explained the pain I was having. She examined my movements and asked me to try tylenol and advil for a week to see if it improved the pain. If there was no improvment in a week she would order a X ray. She also updated my chart . I am very happy with Dr. Schoerock. The only down side was last year when I was having sinus issues I was not able to get a appiontment. I went to urgent care.

The appointment was scheduled with ease and Dr. Schoenrock went over my medical chart thoroughly and answered all of my questions.

I'm very pleased with the care I have received. My concerns have been adequately considered and the outcome around communication has been ideal.

I am amazed how great Dr. Schoenrock is. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure my prescriptions are ready for me on time. She is the most efficient doctor I have ever had. I have already recommended her to my colleagues and they were impressed. Another good thing is she answers any questions online.

Dr. Schoenrock is knowledgeable, personable, honest and concerned about patients' well-being. All visits have been good.

The provider was excellent, everyone in the office treated me very well. But I do think that it's ridiculous that after being released from the emergency room, it takes five days to see a primary care doctor.

I will typically schedule my appointment to see my doctor after her return from vacation rather than accept an appointment with another doctor Because I am relatively healthy.

As Dr. Schoenrock gets to know me better and better, I feel even more secure in her care. She has always gone the extra mile for me. My appts are prescheduled because I have to get my A1c tested every 3 months. But whenever I need an extra appt in between, those are extremely hard to get. I did mention this to her and she is aware. Fortunately, this doesn't happen very often.

Kelsi Schoenrock provides the best possible care for her patients. She is incredibly knowledgeable, a great communicator and listener, and very understanding and compassionate. I am very happy I chose her to be my family physician!

Dr Schoenrock is easy to talk with and seems open to questions. Her referrals for exploration of my symptoms were taken care of quickly and I was able to complete those appointments same day. Dr Schoenrock contacted me thru the Providence Portal and provided me with results. Another referral for further exploration testing has been scheduled in 2 weeks. I could not ask for anything further.

Dr Schoenrock not only did Dr S ask appropriate and focused questions, she effectively explained details about the topics discussed. Then she allowed time for me to understand and make brief notes about them.I felt that the time spent was very worthwhile for me and a good use of her time also.

She listens, although the overall feeling is a bit rushed. She recommended several tests and I will follow up with them...labs, mammograms, bone density, etc. She is pleasant, however, I have yet to "bond" with her as my regular general practitioner. She is fairly new to me, and I have only seen her a couple of times.

They saw me the day I needed help

Shone rock was my step father's primary. When I flipped insurance she was the reason I selected my plan. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind and clear. She is VERY responsive on email and clear. I can't ask for more. Terrific !!!!

Dr. Schoenrock is an exceptional doctor! She is very prepared when she comes in to speak with me! She suggested I get a pneumonia vaccine which I concurred with. After going over health issues, blood work was ordered. She directed me to Lab Corp in the same building which was very convenient for me! She also ordered a follow up thyroid ultrasound! I find her very proactive which I love! Best doctor ever!

Dr. Shoenrock was wonderful. She addressed all the concerns I had. I was a first time patient as I am new to CA. So my visit was a getting to know you visit. I called for an appt. In November and was not able to get in until March. That seems a long time to wait. I did have a health concern at the time but had to resort to urgent care to get the help I needed since I was unable to get in to her. I am grateful though to have her on my team of healthcare providers. I am really happy with all she did to help me at this visit.

My current provider is new to me since my primary one is leaving this month 3/2025.

While she was very good at listening to my concerns and addressing them, I did not receive a thorough physical exam. She only listened to my heart. I am used to a much more thorough exam. Maybe I did not make my need clear but I did ask for a full physical.

I wish I had called sooner to address an acute issue. Very informative visit
