It should be noted that test results are not provided to me verbally, they are posted on the My Chart website; I receive a notification when a new result or message is posted. This is timely, but I was glad to have an in-person visit to discuss results with the doctor.

Dr. Espindola is an outstanding clinician. She always takes time to listen to me and provide meaningful feedback. I appreciate her compassionate approach and genuine concern discussing issues with me. I can't imagine a better doctor for me at this point in my life. She seems to understand the various medical issues I am confronting and always approaches my visits with a calm and patient demeanor.

She is great, but it takes too long to get an appointment to see her.

Dr. Espindola is very friendly and always smiling, which is refreshing. I would say though, for a physical exam, I would have expected EKG, stool specimens, look inside the ear and eyes and just more of an overall "physical" exam rather than just a conversation. I say this based on my long time previous physician who had done these things during my previous physical exams. Otherwise, I am happy with her.

Dr. Espindola listens! She shows compassion and empathy and allowed me to end the visit, not her. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had! Because of her when it came to change I chose to stay with Facy because of her. Paying a higher rate even but because of her care, her listening her follow through and her pleasant personality is why I am at Facy.

She listens and I recommend get to my friends.Though I have encountered some personnel at reception area that seems to be not liking their job, you can tell she's not happy.
