Dr. Pham-Wrightman is an excellent clinician who is patient, listens well and is responsive to my needs. Because my original PCP of 26 years switched to Optum Care, I had to search for a new provider. I am extremely happy with the care I've received these past two years and have recommended this practice to friends who are on Medicare, have an Advantage plan or even a PPO.

Dr. Pham-Wightman listens to me about my concerns which I feel is more rare for a primary care physician! She is very encouraging and works with me; she doesn't just throw things at me. I did not feel rushed either, although whatever I wrote on the paper regarding my reasons for the visit are pretty much what we talked about. I do wish she had been more clear regarding a drug she was prescribing and the timeline for getting blood work done. But overall, I've been impressed with her.

In December of 2023 I was notified by my PCP of 26 years that their practice would no longer accept my [ID] insurance. I was provided with a list of physicians in the Providence St. Joseph Heritage system and also did some research on my own. I found Dr. Chelsea Pham-Wightman and I have been extremely happy with the care she has provided and her office staff is top notch. I didn't think I could ever be as comfortable as I was with my previous doctor, but I'm actually even more satisfied! Her care is excellent, she spends enough time to listen to my concerns and provides caring and immediate referrals when necessary. I feel well taken care of!

No bad experiences with this doctor. Only met her twice. My last doctor retired.
