Difficult to get an appointment. Was told to go to an urgent care, which I did and got very good attention. The urgent care doctor was very caring and helpful.

Efficient, clear, helpful and went out of her way to make sure we received the paperwork we needed.

I was able to get a fast appointment, same day and get started on taking care of my problem quickly.

This was my first time with this provider, and honestly it was a really good experience. Staff was nice and the doc was very straightforward and was able to explain stuff to me about future exams, etc.

Very concerned about my health and informed me about my needs.

Dr Fame was very affable and at the same time laser focus on task at hand - very good overall experience.

I've received excellent care from the team. Also been very helpful with my care. Thank goodness I chose St Joseph Providence as a provider. Thank you everyone at this Santa Ana clinic. You are all like a family.

Felt unwelcomed by provider. Unwilling to consider my case since I completed a wellness visit 6 months ago. Overall, not great atmosphere.

Dr. Fame was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful during my visit. When I sent an online question a couple of days later, she responded with a phone call, did on-line reseearch while we were on the call, and saved me money on a new prescription that I needed.

Overall, I had a good experience with my primary provider (Dr. Crystal Fame). Wait time is reasonable (within 5 to 10 minutes). During this visit she had ordered blood test since I was experiencing some symptoms.
