Overall, I had a good experience with my primary provider (Dr. Crystal Fame). Wait time is reasonable (within 5 to 10 minutes). During this visit she had ordered blood test since I was experiencing some symptoms.

Front desk personnel remembered my name even though I ususally see a different PCP with different check in locations

All good. I was looking for a new PCP to replace the bad one.

If I had not gone, I would not have known that my ear drum is perforated. This is important because an urgent care prescribed me an ear medicine, for my other new ear infection, that can cause permanent damage to users with perforated ear drums. I am glad I remembered this when it was shared with me from my visit with Crystal Fame. You may have saved my hearing.

I felt that Dr. Fame was a good listener and understood my concerns about my care. We had some very good conversations about my health, medicine, and future concerns. She seemed compassionate and empathetic.

This was my first visit to Dr Fame and I really appreciated the time she took to answer all of my questions and explain things my previous provider seemed to gloss over. I had a list of questions on numerous issues and she never made me feel rushed which was nice. Dr Fame was friendly, informative and was quick to laugh which put me at ease.

Dr. Fame is an excellent provider. She is very attentive and helps resolve all my medical concerns.

Always on top of my health problems

This doctor was very nice and attentive but she explained at least one thing I didn't quite understand. Also she suggested I go to the ER which I wasn't excited about, but as I turned out, the ER staff really Helped me . ( even though the wait was long )

Dr. Fame seemed rushed and unprofessional

Dr Crystal Fame provided care that she is able to discuss within her 3 items/20 minutes schedule. I underwent a botched surgery at St Joseph's and am now spending years trying to recover. Dr Fame was chosen due to DO level of care designation but no longer specialized in this field. I want a physician that oversees my entire medical recovery and not piece by body part with no one talking to the other.

I'm a new client. It's my first time to see my doctors. I don't really know if they are good or suitable for me as my primary physician.

Dr Fame has been consistent in her care. I came as a new patient when my previous doctor changed plans . I am so very happy with the care and attention Dr Fame has provided. She is warm and caring. She is easy to talk to and addresses all of my concerns. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I am very happy and plan to stay with Dr Fame as long as possible.
