Outstanding staff and doctor.

Well coordinated office management, doctor came and saw the patient with care and compassion. Excellent is the word to describe.

Dr. Le and his team are genuinely kind and respectful at every appointment. They make me feel heard and cared for, and I always leave feeling confident that I'm in good hands. Their compassion and attention to detail really set them apart.

Both Dr Le and his nurse did a great job of evaluating my situation and constructing a plan of action.

My provider was initially somewhat hesitant to prescribe the medication I requested, which made me feel unsure if my concerns were being fully taken seriously. However, after I provided more historical context and explained my specific needs, he became understanding and ultimately agreed to the treatment plan. I appreciated his willingness to listen and adjust once he had more information. My only concern is that I hope future visits won't feel like I need to justify my medical needs each time, as that can be discouraging.

Dr. Le was great. He was very proactive and heard the crackling in my left lung which the RN did not hear. He had me get an x-ray and determined there was a potential problem. He had me go on antibiotics and my cough is almost gone now. He defiantly made a huge difference in me not getting really sick.

I am a new patient and I was very impressed with the staff and doctor. My wait time was very short compared to other doctor offices. All staff and Doctor was very professional and handled my needs in an expediate manner. I will recommend this doctor's office to all my friend and relatives for future visits.

Doctor Le stated he would organize and order lab tests for me, then never followed up or contacted me following the appointment. Will not be returning to this Doctor Le, as he was not thorough, responsive, or organized.

Dr. Le is an amazing provider. I was referred to him after a very bad experience with another provider. He and his staff always make me feel at ease. Most importantly, he is always up to date on my current health status and works to communicate with my other doctors to provide the best care.

Overall I've had a good experience with this care provider.

This was an Initial visit. Last year (2024) my medical doctor was with Kaiser. I needed to order diabetes blood sugar test strips and was able to make a video appointment. The doctor was available earlier than the scheduled appointment and I received a call from his office asking whether I could meet earlier than the scheduled appointment, which I was glad to do.

Appreciated the respect for my time. Listened to what I had to say. The office seemed to be happy to be there. Felt like a good work environment from a patient's perspective.

This was my first visit with Dr. Le. I am new to the group. He has ordered blood work for later In 2025 that Is why there Is no follow up as of yet. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The Dr. Was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns.
