I had to wait for 45 min to be seen and had to wait three weeks out for scheduled appointment with the provider that was not very helpful. The doctor listened to concerns ordered lab work and suggested medication to resolve health concerns. I was very disappointed.

My care provider has patience's and understood my concerns was eager to make sure she explained everything. She's very kind pleasant and made my office visit comfortable. The first time I've met a Doctor who listens to her patients and takes her time. Dr Kristi Kwan is an asset to Saint Joesph's medical team of Doctors.

This was my first visit with Dr. Quan. My old Dr. Was Dr. Gilbert who retired on March.

The only problem that I have is, doctors are always focus on your weight and usually blame set weight on your main health. Majority of the problems I had which causes me to go to the E.R. Iis doctors over look in what truly on whats wrong with you/deep cause.

I saw Dr. Kristi Kwan for the first time because I couldn't make an appointment with my regular PCP sooner to follow-up the incidental finding of enchondroma on my right humerus during PET/CT scan and x-ray from 2020-2023. Dr. Kwan listened carefully about my medical history and ordered an x-ray to compare the results with my previous scans. She communicated the disease thoroughly and informed me of the x-ray results quickly which showed compassion on my care. Her medical evaluation report is detailed which includes patient's healthcare plan in the future. Dr. Kristi Kwan is a good doctor who advocates for her patients.
