Dr. Vincent Pan is a wonderful member of your practice.

Dr is taking time to talk to the patient and he cares about you.

It was very easy to speak and understand what my provider was relaying to me.

Dr listen my concerns, but he forgot to checkout my lungs ears. Usually Family Dr checked you eyes ears lungs. I need to requested because I have asthma, I was expecting him to check my lungs without asking for it.

I was a little nervous about seeing a different doctor other than Dr. Chelsea; however, due to availability and the need for follow up care, I needed to see someone else. Dr. Pan is absolutely. He made me feel comfortable, listened to everything I had to say and asked additional questions to learn more about me and my medical history to be able to give me the best care.

This is my first time seeing Dr Pan. He was really knowledgeable and kind. He went through my records and gave me referrals for my appointments. Overall he did a great job!!

Great visit. Dr Pan was very thorough

Dr Vincent Pan is my hero. He saved my life. I've been receiving treatment for COPD. During one of my recent visits, around June, I mentioned to Dr Pan that sometimes I would get "out of breath" when I just stood up from my chair. He replied that it sounded like a coronary issue and referred me to a Cardiologist. The Cardiologist, (Dr David Pan) ordered a Angiogram which revealed that I had 90 percent blockage in one of my arteries, limiting the amount of blood and oxygen being supplied to my heart. Dr David Pan and Dr Donald Mahon inserted a stent in the blocked artery at St Joseph Hospital. My breathing has drastically improved and I appreciate and respect all of the Doctors who took part in the diagnosis and treatment of my heart issue.

I was surprised to hear that my regular physician, Dr. Pham Whitman, was on maternity leave, but happy for her. I was glad I was able to get in to see Dr. Pan very quickly thanks to the wonderful receptionists. Dr. Pan took the time to talk with me about my concerns.His nurses were very kind too, although I'm not good with names and can't remember them at the moment. I feel very comfortable going back to see Dr Pan for my annual checkup at the end of the month.

Dr.Pan is the only doctor I've had in the past 10 years who listens to my concerns and explores the "why" behind them, other than masking the symptoms with pain meds. He actively works to treat my conditions or concerns. I can honestly say I've not felt cared for by a doctor in a long time but Dr.Pan truly cares.

My primary, Dr. Gilbert, was retiring on [Date] and I needed to see a Doctor to have stitches removed. Dr. Pan was assigned to me. I liked him and gave made him my primary doctor for future visits.

This was a wonderful informative and helpful visit. The doctor knew a lot about my file before he came in and was prepared to help me with a new issue because he had familiarized himself beforehand. He ordered blood work and a test to determine what is going on with my new issue. I can't say enough about how pleased I was.
