Dr Shen is the best doctor I've ever had. She is caring and compassionate. She is knowledgeable and very intelligent. She gave me a diagnosis I didn't even consider and the moment I started in the medication, the symptoms went away. I'm trying to get my husband to switch to her as his doctor because she's that good.

Dr. Shen was very helpful and informative. She arranged for me to get a recommended yearly vaccination at her office and helped me get another recommended yearly vaccination at another facility. Dr. Shen went over and very clearly explained the results of some medical tests she requested I take. Dr. Shen provided me with valuable advice on things I could do to make myself healthier. Dr. Shen provided an excellent selection of blood tests I should take prior to my Annual Wellness Exam that will take place in six months. Dr. Shen took advantage of this in-person visit to perform some useful medical evaluations. After Dr. Shen left her medical assistant gave me one of my required yearly vaccinations. Dr. Shen's medical assistant was very useful in reviewing my medical background, medicines I was taking, etc. Dr. Shen's administrative staff was very useful in setting up this meeting.Everybody I met during this visit treated me with respect, was well informed, was helpful, and was pleasant to Interact with.

Dr. Shen always explains things thoroughly and listens to my questions. It's clear she cares about my health/wellbeing. However, the last appointment I had felt a little rushed. I had a couple of health questions that were a little rushed through. It's also hard to schedule an appointment with her. I tried to schedule my annual physical for next year and I had to schedule it for August when I typically schedule in July since all the morning appointments were already taken. I was surprised she was booked over a year out.

I'm extremely comfortable with Dr. Shen. She's very pleasant and a good listener and she explains medical questions very clearly. Once I asked her about a new procedure I read about which she was not aware of. She made a point to look into it with her colleagues and she messages back to me about her findings.

Providence medical Center is a very good group. The officers are always clean. Your greeted well by the receptionist and the doctors are always there to take care of you and nurses.

I appreciate that I received my After Visit Summary and order for my blood draw during the appointment. The After Visit Summary Is very informative and I appreciate that it could be prepared so fast. The scribe took copious notes and was so unobtrusive that I rarely noticed she was there. All of the administrative and medical support personnel were very helpful, efficient, and easy to interact with. Dr. Shen was very helpful regarding preparations I needed to do for an upcoming physical exam I was going to have. Dr. Shen also directed me to resources that may help me obtain transportation for upcoming medical appointments. I appreciate that Dr. Shen addressed the areas of a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

Dr Shen is always prompt on replying to my messages on my chart. She is someone I can rely on to refer me to the right specialists as needed.
