My provider was friendly, very attentive, very informative and knowledgeable. Her staff as well, M.A made me feel comfortable and at ease due to my crutches, she was very patient with me and considerate. Front desk, was smiling as we walked in. I do not have a regular primary Dr. This was my 2nd follow up appt with Janelle in 3 mos after being in the ER at Providence little mary twice. The experience and care provided at both hospital ER and the follow up w Janelle days later was the smoothest easiest experience I have ever had. They go above and beyond and actually listen and care about what is going on.

That's something you don't see with a lot of doctors days actually taking time to get to know the patient and providing meaningful feedback.
