I do not have a regular primary Dr. This was my 2nd follow up appt with Janelle in 3 mos after being in the ER at Providence little mary twice. The experience and care provided at both hospital ER and the follow up w Janelle days later was the smoothest easiest experience I have ever had. They go above and beyond and actually listen and care about what is going on.

That's something you don't see with a lot of doctors days actually taking time to get to know the patient and providing meaningful feedback. I appreciate the medical care I received from Janelle after my discharge from the hospital.

Janelle the service provider that helped me with all with all my physical and mental issues, I will never forget. She was the best at taking the appropriate steps at seeking solutions for my problems emotionally and mentally and setting up appointments with the right organisation to service physical aliment and get me back as close to 100% as possible, I appreciate her knowledge and commitment she so nice ,understanding and full of energy and easy to open up too and I'm not one to Open up to people easily.We need more like her in this field. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to share.

Dr. Patriarca was absolutely a breath of fresh air. She was kind, patient, she listened to me, she did not rush me, and she did exactly what she needed to do as a doctor treating their patients. She is the first doctor in a very long time that addressed my concerns. I would LOVE to have her as my primary. I literally cried at my appointment with her from the relief I felt because I felt heard.

I have been going to Dr. Janell for maybe a couple years now and I adore her and her team of ladies in the office! It has been a struggle to find a physician who actually cares and will take the time to get to the root cause of the visit! She's extremely kind and thorough. She's highly educated and knows her stuff for sure! Her and her office will call me as soon as results are in for test and I know if I need to get in for an illness that they try their hardest to get me on the schedule at little notice! I will never go to another doctor! Her receptionist and assistants are so very nice and caring! Just an all around great experience!

Nurse practitioner Patriarchal is amazing.

Jenelle called me directly after getting test results and was adamant that my husband needed to go to the emergency room. I was hesitant and she really cared and explained why. We went to emergency based on her comment of urgency and he ended p getting admitted to the hospital and is now going to see a cardiologist. We thought his symptoms were irrelevant and she explained why they are important. I have much admiration and respect for her as a medical professional and also as a human being.
