Dr Lopes is not my primary doctor, but I have seen her several of times and is very knowledgeable and functional and seems to listen and cares

Listen to me during the visit Had to wait for an hour after my appointment time but once when we connected she was very helpful

Daisy Lopez was exceptional. NPR she made me feel comfortable, answered. My questions looked at all the issues surrounding my main issue and provided exceptional care.

Daisy Lopez has a daunting task - to substitute for Dr Curtis. Ms Lopez reviewed my pre-surgery reports and found an omission of importance. I was able to get the missing blood drawn the next day. I was impressed by Ms Lopez and I will feel comfortable seeing her again when Dr Curtis is not available.

The wait was very long however Ms. Lopez was very thorough and explained everything to me

I went to Urgent Care and was directed to Ms. Lopez. I was pleasantly surprised that the clerk at the St. Joseph Heritage site on 17th street off of Newport was able to find an opening for me at the 4th street location without even being asked to do so. This went up and beyond being helpful. I was unaware when I went to the previous Urgent Care at the 17th Street site that it was no longer there. So, I went into the clinic site and was told it had been permanently closed. So, I went into the restroom and when I came out the clerk to the far left of the counter told me of an opening with Ms. Lopez on 4th street in Santa Ana and she made the appointment for me with my okay. I am so thankful that she did this. She should receive a medal for doing this when not even asked too. This type of employee is worth keeping. The other clerk I talked to just let me know that the Urgent Care was closed without giving me any other additional information or help.

Reading the after visit summary it appears that NP Lopez misunderstood my questions about my gasro problem and gave me intructions for constipation which was not what I was asking about

Daisy provided excellent care and treated me with total respect. I felt confident in her expertise. Providence is very fortunate to have her on staff. I would not hesitate to see her again, should the need exist.

Very good experience with Daisy as well as here assistant that advised how to connect with the Telehealth call. Since my appt had to be delayed (a backup in Daisy's appointments), the assistant also kept me posted on what was going on and when I would be able to speak with Daisy.Please understand that my ranking of my experience may have appeared to be negative. It was not! For instance, I answered "no" on a few questions because they did applied to an in-person visit rather than my telehealth visit.

She was wonderful. Medication didn't seem to be working so sent a message on My Chart. Early next morning, received lab results and response from office to make follow-up virtual appt. Also, received a call that evening from her. Thrilled with the care and concern of all involved. Thank you!
