I have gone to the urgent care center on 9th and Wilshire many times. I have always been pleased with how quickly I'm seen, the thoroughness of the staff, the professionalism of the staff, and the overall quality of care.I have subsequently recommended it to many people. This time I saw Laura Goldsmith and she more than met all of my expectations - if I could rate her 11 out of 10 I would!

Laura Goldsmith, NP is a truly special provider. I felt like someone was finally listening to all of my concerns, and she really cared about me and my symptoms and really wanted to get to the heart of my problems and help me to get well again! I'm so pleased to have her as my primary care provider. She's amazing! She was so thorough and already reviewed all of my previous records prior to our visit and was really up to speed and ready for our visit. I really appreciated her prompt attention to my concerns.

Laura Goldsmith is very knowledgeable and suggested getting MRI to help me understand better about a condition I have. Laura wrote the referral and I got approved In about a week. She listens and helped with my needs.

This was an urgent care visit, so the questions I just answered didn't truly fit. But I was very satisfied with the care I received.

Laura is a true treasure to the oractice! She always takes the time needed to explain details and answer questions. I am very grateful for her care.

The provider took my lumbar pain very seriously. She took the time to go over my medical history and back issue, she did not judge my pain, nor did she dismissed my pain as muscle spasms (as other providers have in the past). She was very empathetic and supportive. I am truly thankful and grateful for the for submitting the MRI Referral and the referral to the spine team. There is a good chance that I may not have permanent damage.

Let's be clear: I was visiting Prov. St. John's Urgent Care office on 9th and Wilshire. I did not make an appointment: I was a walk-in because of a respiratory virus. Laura Goldsmith is not my regular provider, but she and the technicians did an excellent job assessing my condition and provided what I needed to get better.

I have always had great help and assistance at the office and absolutely would recommend Laura to everyone. She is awesome! I hope she is with this practice for a very long time!

I was very impressed with Nurse Practitioner Laura Goldsmith. First of all, she took the time to read my medical history before she even met me! She was kind, she listened to my concerns, offered advice, and gave me two referrals for the two issues I was experiencing. Later, she sent me a message with the results of the x-ray I had done. A few days later, I had a follow up question and she replied in a timely manner. She worked with me to get a medicine that had a lower co-pay. I was very pleased with the care I received from her.

The care has always been excellent although I wished someone would call me with the results of blood work. This a really big concern having it sent by email does not Help since it requires explanation and recommendations.
