Dr. Lily Nourmand and her staff are wonderful, professional, kind and cheerful. I always enjoy visiting this office.

Dr. Nourmand provides excellent care. She is both thorough and compassionate. I have not always been comfortable talking to doctors, but she has changed that. She remembers me every time and also keeps up-to-date on my various health conditions.

Dr. Nourmand is one of the best primary care physicians I have ever seen. She is thoughtful, caring, responsive. I'm so glad she is my doctor.

I would like to Thank Dr.Lily Nourmand and her Office team for her very excellent caring nature and kind ways during a very Trying Year Passes. She has been present and very clear about the changes in my health Since I have needed to take BP medication. She has kept my changes in line w/all safe doseage changes. She is caring, kind, and listens carefully while the adjustments to Medication a year ago She has been following my progress with keen eye and hands on Persistence to get it within range throughout 2025 Into 2026. She is an excellent professional and listens and did followups on my doseage changes. She keeps a close eye on my chart and has an excellent report with her Team and makes certain my prescriptions are accurate and within the right time. I am aware of her referrals and usually follow all her suggestions .Her entire staff are well qualified and I am very happy to be In St John's Providence System.I have been well and feel that the nurses and Drs. Are very qualified and well trained thank You to all. I have also had excellent care at the Urgent Care on Wilshire Blvd In 2025. I had An excellent team there and they were very accurate In relating all Info to Dr. Nourmands office With Clear Information for the followups to my Primary Care Physician Dr. Lily Nourmand. My utmost respect and gratitude as the new year begins. I will be in great health.

Dr. Nourmand is truly wonderful. She has been my primary care provider for years. The office is usually friendly and helpful. On this visit one of the woman at front desk was quite surly but maybe it was just the day.

The doctor listened carefully as I explained a new health issue that has been extremely concerning. She also looked through all my health records in the MyChart app to see what specialist we're saying as well. The doctor helped me with a referral to a specialist, made by another one of my doctors by calling that specialist and putting my name in front of them which helped me get an appointment. She also referred me to another doctor for an issue that might not be related. I gave her a lot of information and she was courteous, understanding, and went above and beyond to move treatment forward.

She actively coordinates with other physicians to ensure that nothing is overlooked and that care is well integrated. Having someone who takes the initiative to triage and connect the dots across specialists provides an enormous sense of confidence and reassurance.Beyond her expertise, she is kind, respectful, and compassionate in every interaction. I always feel heard and supported. It is rare to find a physician who combines clinical excellence with such genuine care for their patients.I am extremely grateful to be under her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly dedicated and exceptional doctor.

The only issue I have is, I felt that this appointment was mostly unnecessary. Provider asked for me to be seen to discuss the medication I'm on and still ordered a blood test to do at a later time.

My spouse and I requested a JOINT physical and took in lists with about 10-15 updates, concerns or questions, including the whether to try the new M-NEXSPIKE Covid vaccine Dr. Lily and we found this very productive and time-efficient. My spouse and I had hands-on exams with a good flow of questions. Then we had blood & urine taken and received high-power flu shots.
