It's my first visit. I originally made an appointment for an annual physical but as I have cataract surgery soon, it happened to be pre-op. She was very helpful. Although I need to see her in a couple of months for a physical, I am satisfied with this visit.

I feel very fortunate to be under Dr. Saeki's care at the Playa Vista office. There is literally not a bad thing I can say about my care or treatment from the staff. It is extremely important to me that I have a primary care physician that I can trust, and I have that in abundance with Dr. Saeki. Very grateful.

The Dr is not very good at explaining things kind of assumes that I would know about the nexts steps are & what the possibilities of what might be going on with me at the time or I never get the issue resolved

I am looking forward to having a long term relationship with her as my Primary Physician.The entire experience surpassed my expectations. My only concern is that her practice is so very busy and It may be difficult to book appointments In a timely manner. Overall excellent!

I had a followup correction to my medical record that I submitted to my doctor via emessage on MyChart and she replied quickly. I appreciate being able to communicate with my providers via emessage rather than calling and interrupting work flow for something that needs attention but is not urgent.

Dr. Saeki has been my care provider for over 15 years. She has always taken good care of me. She Is very knowledgeable when it comes to all my health concerns/issues. She is patient and has excellent bedside manners.

I really appreciate Dr Saeki's open-minded willingness to see if I could control my LDL with diet alone. She seems on top of my medical records and is responsive to my requests via the portal or phone. All of her staff are extremely positive and efficient. All in all, a pleasant experience "going to the doctor."

All staff including registration desk and nurse taking vitals, were friendly and respectful. Dr. Saeki was excellent - this was my first visit with her.

Excellent bedside manner

Dr. Saeki always treats me with respect and provides the care I need in a timely manner.

Provider did not listen to main concerns I had. She just gave me basic, cookie cutter doc-in-the-box' care. She made assumptions about me. She didn't care about me at all.

First, I loved the nurse who greeted me, she was the nicest, warmest person I have ever experienced at a doctor's appointment. From meeting her to meeting Dr. Saeki, my experiences was exceptional!

She is always very responsive and attentive and explains things well. I never have trouble getting prescriptions renewed, which has sometimes been a problem with other doctors I've seen.

This is my second time seeing Dr. Saeki. She Is very courteous and knowledgeable, and actually the best doctor I have seen since I moved to LA, 14 years ago. I would strongly recommend her.

This was my first visit to this doctor and to this medical office in Santa Monica - so much better than my experience at the Playa Vista location. I will drive the extra mile to visit Santa Monica instead. I also like my interaction with Dr. Saeki as she really listens to your concerns and questions.

Dr Saeki has great bedside manner. One thing I didn't receive at my annual wellness check was a urine test. I thought they were standard but maybe it was something that I needed to ask for. Also I didn't know I was due for a colon cancer screen till I was overdue for one.

Dr w saeki was professional and thorough. She addressed our questions and concerns. We appreciated that she spoke fluently in Japanese and English. She took the time to review my prior medical history.
