Drs DeCastro and Erik Bell have answered my questions clearly and made me feel they cared about my health. There were no bad experiences.

I've seen Eric on prior visits, and he has always been extremely polite, competent, and knowledgeable. I would have no reservations about seeing him for any medical condition.

Eric Bell was thorough, competent, friendly, and ordered the x ray I needed. He advised me how to care for my injured knee until I could see my orthopedic doctor, which I may not need to do since the knee is improving with time and rest.

Thorough questioning

Visit was good and Eric was very helpful and polite.

He was knowledgeable and gave a through neurological exam ( my Sutter neurologist seen a week earlier had not). I have confidence in his practice of medicine and would see him again if a simple medical arose. However, I want to keep Dr Tucker, my physician of 20 years as primary for complex and referral needs.

Clear and solid responses to my questions,

All of doctors I've seen were exceptional.

The PA did not listen to my concerns and seemed irritated when I asked questions. He ordered X-rays. I can see the report in My Chart but he never contacted me to explain the results.

This visit was to obtain a referral to a specialist (ENT) for an ear problem.

Doctor did not understand that I got my pain medicine through the mail and I was all out and in great pain too much pain to pick up my antibiotic he prescribed but he told me I just got that filled on the [Date] but he failed to realize after I told him that it was still in the mail that really aggravated me and caused me great pain and I'm pissed

I felt like everyone at Providence made me feel important.

My appointment was to check out whether I had damaged a rib (s) during a fall and also to check my dressings from cuts from the fall.

He sees me in a timely manner as opposed to my PCP, I can't ever get an appointment with him. I'm waiting 9 months for a yearly visit.

Asking for a follow up appointment while in Emergency Room with Dr. Levin until June. Could not get from the appointment person. So had to have Eric Belll. Eric Bell was excellent. And he got me an appointment with Dr. Levin. This is the second time recently I have trouble getting appointments I need right away while I have been extremely ill.

Provider was great. Everything about the visit was very good. I asked about my situation via the online portal and the response was a little slow. They called me back once they read my message and scheduled me for an in person visit.

I had an extreme case of poison oak beginning to swell my eyes up and upon calling to schedule an asap appointment with a provider, Eric had a next morning appointment 7:30am open. He's my wife's care provider and we know each other a bit already. It was as soon as possible, got meds a few hours later. Couldn't have been any better.

I have not seen my care provider, Dr. Modenos, for months and months and that's no ones fault. The nurse practitioners that I've seen have done a splendid job. There are times that I admit that I feel somewhat a drift in the Providence system but I'm hanging in there.

The provider was very fine and answered all my questions. I look forward to completing the final tests.

Eric Bell was great. It would have helped if he'd just written on a piece of paper the information about the nasal spray rather than referring me to the portal. I was not feeling well and exhausted from a 30 hour trip home from New Zealand. The instructions were easy, but I was confused when I got home and the detailed instructions were not on the portal. I'd be very happy to see him again on a future visit!

I have pain in my knee and lower leg and thought I needed a referral to physical therapy, Erik followed up with a referral to physical therapy and when I called for an appointment, they couldn't see me for another three weeks, this is already been bothering me for well over a month And I don't know how to treat it and Erik Did not have any suggestions for stretches or exercises to rehabilitate it, just Advil, icing and heat, I'm going To the urgent clinic tomorrow because I am concerned and I need some help

It was a long wait, but I appreciated being able to get the appointment and everyone was considerate, informative and helpful.

I've had the best care with Provident. Though Eric Bell PA is not my primary care physician, I never mind seeing him if my PC is unavailable.

Provider unable to order routine labs as he "didn't know the codes". Provider made no effort to fix this issue during the visit, instead he suggested that I "email my regular physician".
