This was my first visit with Jennifer Warren. She was amazing. I am very pleased with my choice to become a patient of hers.

NP Jennifer apologized profusely for not getting to me at the time of my scheduled appointment. She was running behind, and I understand that - when it is expressed with care and concern, as NP Jennifer did. During my appointment, I felt NP Jennifer was sympathetic to my pain and eager to figure out what was causing it.

This was my first appointment with this provider, who became my primary care provider when my previous PCP unexpectedly left Providence Santa Rosa, just before my next appointment with him. This left two important health concerns un-reviewed by a provider and resulted In one of the health problems festering and worsening during the wait for my new patient visit. Note that this negative experience is not in any way Jennifer's fault, and when I arrived for my new patient visit to establish care with Jennifer, I had quite a list of problems to discuss. Jennifer took time to review my list, listened to every concern, did not rush me, addressed every concern and quickly ordered testing and medication to resolve my health issues.

This was a meet and greet visit. I'm very happy with the provider.

It's always a pleasure to see Jennifer Warren. She is always attentive to what my problem is and has such a pleasant bedside manner. As long as I've been with Providence, I've always been pleased with the care this team has provided. I am so very lucky to belong to this medical group. I hear horror stories from friends who are so unhappy with their providers and feel so blessed to have a team that actually cares and hears what you have to say.

Every employee in this office has been amazing. Friendly, courteous, smiles, professional. Very calming and know mine and my wife's history and always ask how we're doing and how my wife or her how her husband is doing. Amazing customer service and very thorough.
