Leah V. Heinrich, NP

I was quite disappointed in this initial visit to establish care. The NP had a student NP shadowing that spent 80% of visit with me and then at the end of the appointment the mentoring NP finally showed up and sped through remainder of the appointment. I felt like I was getting the bum's rush. It was weird, I looked at the appointment notes online and found a bunch of lab tests ordered; and we didn't even talk about labs.

I used to be a pharmaceutical rep. I have spent time with hundreds of providers from nurse practioners to specialist, primary care,cardiologist,psychiatrist,neurologist, orthopedics, ect. Leah Heinrich is the best provider I have ever met.

Leah seemed uninterested in my needs. Whereas the student intern and medical assistant listened and ensured that they understood my concerns.

I unfortunately felt uncared for. First due to the absence of the doctor himself, the NP who replaced him was nice but somewhat non challent and a "student"was with her , leaning on the wall and I am not sure what she was there for. My visit consisted at me telling her my issues and her telling me "would you like me to refer you to a specialist" . I picked up my referrals at front desk and left. I felt that she just read me my medical records , let me add my current pains and issues and was done with me.

Leah was 30 min late to appointment, spent15 min total reviewing my chart and meds and scheduling labs and referrals. During the visit she stood as far away as the room would allow with the computer between her and me. Her physical assessment was 3 seconds listening to my heart rate. All In all I got the feeling that she had no Interest In being near me or spending any time with me.

Everything is good I like my provider.

This was an establishing appointment. The practitioner and I are getting to know each other. She provided some suggestions that would enhance my sleep experiences. She made it clear that I could contact her through the patient portal with any questions at all or to call the office. I feel confident that Leah is a good match for my understanding of my own health and look forward to seeing her as needed in the future.

Good provider

This was an introductory visit. I was completely satisfied with my experience.

She's great, listens to my needs and consern and finds solutions.

Provide a very slow to get back to me about unavailability at my pharmacy of a prescription. Has not gotten back to me about a substitute medication.

I have a great provider

This an odd reply. The appointment did not need to be made because as provider saw my issue I was I needed to see a specialist.

I'm an older person that has dealt with many medical professionals. This group is one of the best i've ever had.The pleasure of having as my doctors group

Leah listened very carefully, took notes, asked if an explanation was needed, and was receptive to concerns. She offered resources for self care. She was very attentive, and my daughter and I both look forward to being under her care.

Everything was great, really worked well as a team to support each other in both the front office and my medical appt.

The provider/nurse practitioner barely made eye contact with me. She stared with the computer than she did trying to get to know me as a new patient. She barely asked me any questions about the medications I was taking. She even said that I was taking Ambien when I was prescribed one pill last summer for a sleep study. Clearly, she didn't take the time to look close enough. Her bedside manner was terrible and I would not refer her to a friend or family Member.

This was my first time with this office and the care provider. Everyone from the receptionist to the provider were warm, efficient, friendly, and helpful. I especially appreciated Dr. Heinrich for how well she listened to me and how responsive she was to my concerns. I feel like I'm in very good hands with this provider and the entire office staff.
