Mara is a wonderful NP

I feel like Mara listens but when you have concerns and ask for further treatments she is very hesitant. She is quick to explain why and shut down your concerns. I leave feeling like I didn't really get out at ease.

I really, enjoy Mara Bertoli, she's smart and competant, and she listens to me!!!I appreciate that!!!!

Mara was extremely good. She ordered all of the blood tests needed. She checked ears because this was a concerned.

I have nothing negative to say about my last visit. I was relieved to get that appointment so quickly (next day). Everyone was kind, helpful and thorough (Mara).

The whole team that day were very sweet and helpful! Mara is thorough and professional yet personable. The Nurses the same. The front desk equally pleasant and helpful. My chest x-ray handled in a very timely manner. Mara was kind enough to let me go home and not have to wait there for x-ray results. She called and informed me of pneumonia at home arranging for prescriptions there and then. All in all. Love Urgent Care!

I sent a message to my PCP requesting an appointment. The office contacted me 30 minutes later and asked me to call. I was offered a visit the same day with a different NP. I was questioned very thoroughly about my pain, but had a very brief physical exam. An ultrasound was ordered but they did not explain the transvaginal procedure. I was very pleased with the same-day appointment. I wish that the ultrasound procedure had been described in more detail. The NP seemed very concerned although they didn't say why.

Mara was fantastic, so much so that I'd like her as my primary NP now! I came in with a new health issue which I had several concerns about. While I to wait a bit longer in the waiting room, as they were short one NP when I visited, it was worth the wait.

Nurse Mara is very attentive and takes time with me to figure out the best solution to my health concern. My health is complex and I feel she's got a lot of knowledge And if she doesn't know she definitely researches to provide correct information. She's got a great bedside manner. Having both these qualities in this industry isn't always coming. I truly view her as a doctor.
