Was extremely pleased with the care given

I can not recommend her highly enough. I feel I am getting the best possible care I can get. I have recommended Tabitha on multiple occasions.

I asked to change my PCP to Tabitha Paull, FNP because I hadn't seen my prior PCP, Megan Medenos,DO for nearly a year. The last two appointments I had with her were cancelled and were rescheduled too far out to discuss medication concerns. I had seen Tabitha in the past and was happy with her care and she was available for scheduled appointments.

Tabitha Paull is relatively new to us and we must say that she is distinquished by the thoroughness of her exams and, comments, recommendations, and overall attention to our issues, given our age, condition, and expressed concerns. Additionally, she was and continues to be available when needed. We are very pleased to have her on our team. [Name(s)]

I am a brand new patient. I have new insurance and I'm brand new to the Santa Rosa area. I am absolutely impressed with Tabitha. She spent a good amount of time going over my medical history. I had a lot of questions and she answered them very clearly. Most importantly, I felt like she understood me and heard my opinion about my health. She offered care to me, but was not insistent or demanding. I feel like I found a partner in my healthcare and that has been missing for a very long time. It was really impressed with Tabitha and you should be too. You are lucky to have her and I will say that everybody in the building was so nice polite, professional, and nice to be around this was a really great experience for me and I can only hope that all of this continues.

Tabitha is the physician's assistant, but seemed to be knowledgeable and thorough in her diagnosis and discussion of my questions. She was very patient, as I had many questions.

The provider didn't even touch me, which I thought was odd, since this was a six-month checkup. No looking in my ears, mouth, or nose. No listening to my heart. Just conversation while she was at the computer. She was responsive when asked about updating my prescriptions.

This provider had experience with my issue and was very helpful in referrals and suggestions. She completely understood what was bothering me.

Some of my answers may seem odd but this was my initial appointment with the Providence Family med group. I have a great deal of experience working with medical communities and believe I could be helpful In giving continuing feedback (referring to an earlier question). I am very disappointed with how difficult it has been to establish health care as a new California resident and person over 70. However, my experience with each person with whom I have communicated in the Providence Santa Rosa realm has given me me hope that despite the stentorian task of providing top quality health care to a California-sized population, Providence's people truly want to succeed, and are taking steps to increase the chances of so doing.

Clinician listened to my remarks and gave thoughtful information.
