Dr Markoff adjusted the regular physical to deal well with the most pressing issue for me at the moment, and given I had specialists working on things with me on some things, he didn't need to waste time doing some routine things.

Excellent doctor and staff - got a same-day appointment and was referred for a walk-in x-ray nearby, which was also seamless (less than 5-minute wait - and the office called the next morning with the results as promised.

Dr. Markoff answered 2 questions about health items that I was concerned about. Thanks to Dr. Markoffs advice on my last annual check-up I am no longer borderline diabetic, I was able to reduce my blood pressure medication from 20m.g. Per day to 10m.g. Per day and I lost 18 lbs.. I feel like Dr. Markoff cares about my health.

The most important aspect of my health care is to recognize my complex immune problems and 40 year history with excellent specialists in diagnosing and treating them. I develop infections that, due to auto immune disorders and mycobacteria, can be more difficult to detect and become worse quickly. Dr Markoff understands that I have ongoing immune problems which aren't studied by most drs. My complicated health problems aren't easy to understand or treat. Its a daily battle fir me to stay as active and healthy as possible

This office is efficient and friendly. I always feel I am getting the care I need. I also feel the need to clarify my response to one of the questions. You asked if my lab results were communicated to me by the office. I answered no because they weren't. But I did not expect them to be. I was able to view the results in MyChart and I expected to discuss them with my provider at my appointment, which I did.

My provider listened carefully to me and responded with excellent information and understanding of my health issues.

My visit to Dr. Markoff was a follow up visit after time spent in ER from vision loss in one eye - and response to issues found in ER routine testing.

My blood work results were provided by Providence website on My Chart. I have taken the same RX for years and there is no need for doctor's office to call me to review. My medications are reviewed with Dr. Markoff during my visits. Excellent staff and excellent doctor.
