Already did this survey. Dr Markoff is always thorough, ensuring that meds and screenings are up to date. He explains the reasons and benefits of tests and screenings.

This office is efficient and friendly. I always feel I am getting the care I need. I also feel the need to clarify my response to one of the questions. You asked if my lab results were communicated to me by the office. I answered no because they weren't. But I did not expect them to be. I was able to view the results in MyChart and I expected to discuss them with my provider at my appointment, which I did.

My provider listened carefully to me and responded with excellent information and understanding of my health issues.

My visit to Dr. Markoff was a follow up visit after time spent in ER from vision loss in one eye - and response to issues found in ER routine testing.

I appreciate my doctor's quick response to my concerns. I was able to schedule the needed appointments for follow up scan / xrays within a few days of my appointment the the doctor.

My blood work results were provided by Providence website on My Chart. I have taken the same RX for years and there is no need for doctor's office to call me to review. My medications are reviewed with Dr. Markoff during my visits. Excellent staff and excellent doctor.

Patients need to come to visits with providers prepared to discuss and advocate for any medical conditions. I am a retired nurse and health care administrator so my Provider and I can discuss items in medical jargon. This allows us to cover many topics in a timely manner and I leave feeling we discussed everything I wanted to and we agreed on a plan of care. I am very happy with Dr. Markoff.

I had to come in because I believed that I possibly was starting to get a shingles infection and in fact I was. They saw me immediately and provided the proper medication and I'm doing extremely well

This was a wellness exam which the practice limits to a 30 minutes time period. The doctor asked why I hadn't contacted the office earlier for what he deemed an urgent need. I wanted to answer the question but he made it clear that we didn't have time to discuss the matter. The reason I hadn't contacted the office was I was told it would take several months to address my specific concerns and that, since I had a wellness exam scheduled, I should just wait for that appointment.

He immediately got me an appointment with a GI doctor.
