Although I had to wait for my televisit, my providers team reached out to me to let me know there would be a wait. Because I did the visit from my home, I was comfortable with waiting and was not inconvenienced. The team called me also to make sure I was familiar with the video chat set up. Once on the call she heard everything I had concerns about and I felt heard. My care was the best and an overall great visit.

She's been my primary care physician since around 2011 and she coordinates all my extensive care with specialists. I just adore her.

Dr. Chung is an amazingly compassionate physician. She listens intently, by looking at me and very clearly providing guidance to me. At this visit, I was very interested in learning how to ensure my wishes are carried out if I'm unable to make the decisions. We spoke at length about advance directives and the need for her to have them AND the hospital as well. I must say she never makes me feel as if I'm being rushed in any way.
