I just recently had a medical emergency and saw my provider for the first time. I have usually been a fairly healthy person. She was quick to make an appt, start the process for X-rays, and ready to follow up quickly. Although I am still waiting on lab results, I feel confident that she will guide me through the next steps.

I am happy to have found my provider.

Dr. Shingleton is a caring and attentive dr. She always takes the time to review my past visits prior to our meeting and that makes me feel like a cared for patient.

I absolutely love Dr. Singleton. She knows my medical history, takes her time to explain things to me, never makes me feel rushed, and always answers my questions. If she ever leaves this practice, I will follow her wherever she goes, so keep her happy there please.

Dr. Shingleton and nurses are all very nice and answering my health questions. Dr. Shingleton always makes sure that I have referrals to doctors that specialize in my needs.

Dr. Shingleton listened to my concerns and even sent me information through My Chart to help with resources to help with my reflux. I appreciated that.
