I just recently had a medical emergency and saw my provider for the first time. I have usually been a fairly healthy person. She was quick to make an appt, start the process for X-rays, and ready to follow up quickly. Although I am still waiting on lab results, I feel confident that she will guide me through the next steps.

I am happy to have found my provider.

I absolutely love Dr. Singleton. She knows my medical history, takes her time to explain things to me, never makes me feel rushed, and always answers my questions. If she ever leaves this practice, I will follow her wherever she goes, so keep her happy there please.

Dr. Shingleton and nurses are all very nice and answering my health questions. Dr. Shingleton always makes sure that I have referrals to doctors that specialize in my needs.

Dr. Shingleton listened to my concerns and even sent me information through My Chart to help with resources to help with my reflux. I appreciated that.

Dr. Shingleton is a caring doctor, I appreciate that very much. She takes time to consider questions asked and gives complete answers. I am thankful to have her as my doctor.Providence keeps the doctors so busy that you cannot go in for anything but a pre-planned visit because the doctors are so fully booked. I wish it was like 10 years ago where you could go see your own doctor for illnesses that show up unexpectedly. I go to urgent care but those doctors do not know me or my family and basically all they can do is say you won't die today so go see your regular doctor when you can.
