Doctor need understand and learn how to approach

Everyone was nice and helpful.

This was my first visit with Doctor Wakimoto. My last doctor was rude and uninterested.

All excellent

Everything was great respect like always.

Dr. Wakimoto is a good physician, but unfortunately follow up falls short. It took over a month for me to get follow up on a MRI results despite me sending friendly reminders that the test was done. I ended up going to my specialist instead. Messages via Epic are also unanswered.

It was my first visit after relocating to the area and so far the experience was professional, courteous, & comfortable as possible. I appreciated being on time & getting my lab results so quickly. I can tell from observing that it is a very busy facility & it must be stressful for the providers but they were great.

Since selecting Dr. Wakimoto as my personal physician she has been absolutely amazing. I feel much better about the quality of my health care.

I look for kindness, respect and compassion from both doctors and staff. I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable and at ease. I have confidence in and look forward to having a great relationship with Dr. Wakimoto and the staff in keeping us informed and healthy! Everyone has been very nice and helpful!

Very good visit experience. The doctor answered all my questions and discussed my health history, and ordered testing as needed. She also inquired about my follow up plans with other providers in the future, to make sure I was on track for a mammogram, etc. I felt I had good communication with the doctor.

My condition seemed to start improving just prior to my visit. The doctor listened to me, and gave prescriptions I could take if I didn't continue to improve and tests if I wanted to follow up on the cause. That way, I wouldn't have to see her again if I decided I still needed those actions.

My provider is new to me. I have only seen her twice so I could not rate her a 10. However, she was very attentive and polite and listened to the concerns that I had. As I continue w/ my care with her, I would be able to provide a more accurate rate.

The ease of getting an appointment within 30 days is very good.

She listened to my situation and explained a course of action and answered any questions I had. This was my initial visit with her and I will be referring to her as my Primary Care doctor moving forward.

As a young woman, Doctor Wakimoto reminds me of an old fashion primary care physician who cares about her patients. She Is a very good doctor.

Excellent care

Although I had to wait at front desk for checking in more than 10 minutes because a person ahead of me was asking too many questions to the receptionist and I had to wait at the doctor's office more than 10 minutes after I was taken into, all staff including doctor were courteous and helpful. I like the new office with window and with more space. I also like I can get urine/blood test and x-ray exam by doctor's order at this same place. I like one-stop clinic like this which saves me time. Overall, everybody at this clinic was nice.

I was not able to answer most of the questions from the survey properly for I am a new patient to this provider. So that was my first visit with this provider. However, I was pleased that she took the time to listen to me and did not appear to be in a rush. And since I am a new patient to her, she did not have access to my medical record for I come from a different medical group. But I look forward to getting to know this provider and build a good report, for she seems to be very thorough.

My primary care physician is on maternity leave but Dr. Wakimoto treated me as if I am her patient.

The visit seemed rushed. The Dr did not ask if I had any concerns. I had to keep trying to ask my questions as she was on her way out of the room. One of my of my concerns was not addressed.I thought she would return to answer my question but never did.I was told by the nurse that he dr was with another patient and she would speak with the Dr about my concern and call me back. I never received a call back. I will not schedule another physical with this provider again.
