Dr. Sanae Ogura has a phenomenal grasp of relating to a patient. Her communication skills are excellent and her sincere AND genuine concern for the patient's health and welfare is immediately evident. Any patient would be blessed to be under her care.

My first to see Dr Agura. She is very good and well explained on how to take the medications and make sure you understand.

It was perfect!

I was a walk in and asked to see a MD. I did not request my original doctor because she and I are not on the same page. On [Date] I had a bad fall, landing on my face at home on a wood floor. I did not have a headache and seemed to be okay. Next day I had huge black and blue marks around my eyes and a bump on my forehead the size of a plum. I put off seeing the doctor until after the [Date]. I liked Dr. Ogura very much and asked her to change my primary doctor to her and she did while I was there. She also sent me to Providence Imaging on Jamboree to have a CT scan which came back clear.

Easy to talk with, asked clarifying questions, and was very helpful.

My Providers are the best

I did not feel much of an empathetic connection with this doctor. She did not have a warm bedside manner. However, she did ask a lot of questions about my complaints and seemed to cover all of the basics. She offered some interventions as well as a referral. She seems like a competent doctor just not one that connects well empathetically.

This was my first time back at Providence in about 20 years. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. I felt that I was the first priority for everyone I spoke to.

It was my first visit because I'm changing to scan health insurance. I really appreciated the welcome I received and liked Dr O very much

Dr. Ogura was compassionate and very understanding about my injury. If I lived closer to her practice I would be very comfortable making her my PCP.

It is difficult to see my usual provider, so I am relieved to have a backup with Dr. Ogura, I liked her very much. I still like my usual provider but at times I can't communicate or see her when I need to & urgent care or the ER just isn't the answer. So, I think Dr. Ogura will be a good backup.

Staff and doctors are great.They treat me with kindness, caring and understanding.

The Dr was very helpful and got me the help I needed right away.

Really enjoyed doctor....might even make her my permanent doctor. Mine was out for the week. Nice to have a female doctor.
