Jen Tran was amazing. She listened to me and provided feedback and insight. For once she was a provider that seemed to really care and be invested in what I had to say, and not dismissive. I will be going back to her from now on.

My experience overall was great! Being a first time mom I'm very nervous and she answered all my questions with care. I transferred from another doctors office and I'm so glad I did!

Jennifer Tran was attentive, answered all my questions, and put me at ease about upcoming appointments and being pregnant overall.

She was short and dismissive at the beginning of the appointment and friendlier toward the end. But I still did not get my questions answered.

Overall my visit was good. The only downside is that there is too long of a wait to see the doctor for just ten minutes. You have to work on that

She never made me feel dumb for asking questions and gave me possible solutions moving forward without making me feel pressured to do anything. As an OBGYN this is especially important to me. I only wish appointments could be scheduled sooner than 2-3 months out, I will definitely be back to see her though!
