This was a pre-op appt made by the office of the surgeon who replaced one of my knees. Dr Tioleco is my designated primary care doctor and she performed the pre-op checkup. She has always been thoughtful, attentive, thorough, and decisive and this visit was the same. She became my primary care doctor this year and though I've only seen her a few times, I'm more impressed after each visit.

Dr. Tioleco is so thorough -- she pays attention and makes sure she covers all bases. I feel very fortunate I found her as my doctor.

All my experiences with Facey have been good ones. Only a year back it was a bit of a wait to get appointments, 4-5 months but now that has changed. Very happy about that.

This doctor and dealing with Facey through mychart is exceptional. However, it did take over three months to get an appointment. That was the only downside.

Mary is the Best, The medicine adjustment resulted in a .5 AIC drop. From 8 to 7.5

Dr. Tioleco is an amazing physician. My past providers did not identify/link the cause of my symptoms to a POTS diagnosis. In this visit, Dr. Tioleco listened, validated, and accurately diagnosed my symptoms of POTS. It felt so good to finally be heard, taken seriously, and be given specific information to understand what's happening in my body. I feel empowered in my awareness of these symptoms in order forecast what my body needs and how to treat this condition. I waited about 3 months for this visit, so my only wish is that the wait time for office visits was lower. I recognize this is out of Dr. Tioleco's control and is likely due to her being in high demand as an intelligent, personable, and insightful doctor.

I appreciate honesty. Dr. T. Was just that. Took the time to listen. Very thorough. I wish my previous visit in that office was explained to me a little bit more clearly about my blood iron test. Which was done by a PA while Dr. Toileco was out.Even though she was very good as well, maybe just not clear enough on my blood result. Iron.I felt due to that high iron result I changed my diet, since that visit in November, I think I made things worse.But very happy moving forward now.

This provider is amazing. This was my first time seeing her and she took alot of time getting to know my health history. She also made sure I was up to date with all my health screenings. I never felt rushed. I am so happy I found this provider, I have been struggling to find someone like this Dr for a few years. I am so glad I found a primary care Dr and someone who is working with me and is willing to discuss my needs.

Dr Tioleco is always attentive and considers the whole patient (me). Getting in to see her is sometimes difficult but when I do see her, she genuinely cares about my overall health and well being. She offers non-pharmaceutical options to try before jumping to meds, where appropriate, and she recognizes what is normal for me vs someone else. I always feel well taken care of with Dr Tioleco.

Dr Tioleco is great! She was very responsive to the issue I posted the patient portal late Thursday night. She proactively had staff call me on Friday morning to schedule an appointment. I was able to see her within hours on Friday afternoon when I got back in town.
