Care has been amazing, been able to find providers pretty quickly and love the app how it loads labs and notifies when you have a result

I liked this provider so much that I switched to have her as my primary care physician. The one assigned to me, I have not been able to see due to a lack of appointments. She also never checked up on me after any of my visits or after tests. This provider instead was great!

My experience was very good . I felt very satisfied with the visit and the care they provided. The Doctor took her time and made sure l understood all the medical issues l had. Everyone in the office were kind and made you feel welcomed.

I needed a new provider and couldn't get in until next year with the calls I made. Until I called Facey. The receptionist/front office was so patient and while she did schedule me for next year she also found a time slot the same day for my immediate concerns. Also, the nurse was very nice. Dr Shadekamyan is not my usual doctor but she was excellent in checking out my fractured ribs and referred me for a cat scan within a week.

Polite and understanding my concerns

My doctor was very helpful. I want to keep her as my doctor.

She, and other providers too, talks to fast without pausing, as if she/they assume that I process at that same speed. I, like many patients, need the doctor to pause a second or two between thoughts to allow time to process and/or formulate questions.

This was my first visit with his doctor as my previous PCP retired. I was worried that I would never find a doctor as wonderful as my last PCP. Happy to say, I feel very hopeful that Dr. Shadakyum (sp) will be a great replacement. She came into our focus visit having already reviewed my chart and was up to speed on my medical history and prescriptions. She was professional yet exuded a warmth in her demeanor. Very easy to talk too.

She's Excellent in every way

I have to say the doctor that I see is very friendly and very lucky that somebody from the office recommend her I forgot them the name of the person but she work on the office too. I asked her I need a doctor which one you were recommend me and I have to say a wonderful doctor and the person who referred her to.

I got to see this wonderful doctor because I could not get I to see my usual PCP for six months for an issue that needed immediate care. Shameful.

First time seeing this medical doctor. Went over my chart and immediately made orders for blood, sleep test, skin referral. I am very satisfied with my appointment. Since this is the first visit anything in the last 3 months really has no bearing with my new doctor but reflects on my previous doctor.

This Dr was great! I had never met her before but I could tell that she read my chart before she met me. She was caring, gave me plenty of time and made me feel valued and heard. If I didn't already have an amazing PG I might have asked to switch to her. But I also love my PG.

The dr understood my concern regarding possible hearing loss. I have hearing loss in my family. With their help, I've an appt for a hearing test in a couple of weeks.

Great experience, this was an appointment to establish care with this provider as my primary doctor. The appointment was made in December for March and that was very far out, but I was able to see a PA for my concerns at that time.
