I'm a new patient and this was my first visit. It was an ER follow up appointment. I was extremely pleased with Dr Mousa. He took the time to evaluate my immediate needs and requested the appropriate referrals and completed forms and paperwork I needed all within 1 day. He also addressed my medial history and background to help get me established (New Patient) and requested labs and other exams to make sure I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing. I felt very well taken care. I did not feel rushed. I think I am going to be very pleased with my new doctor.

Staff has always been friendly and courteous. My provider has always been helpful, professional, informative and compassionate.

It would be nice to see your regular provider in person when needed

Dr. Mousa was professional and pleasant. I told him I was short of breath sometimes and wondered about walking pneumonia. Even though he had a stethoscope around his neck he did NOT listen to my lungs. Hmm... I thought that was rather odd and maybe detached from me as a patient. Otherwise, he was attentive and had me get an EKG, x-ray, and referred me to a cardiologist regarding my shortness of breath. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I was basically satisfied with the care I received.
