She was engaged and listened to me and answered my questions. I did send her a medical related question after our visit which she hasn't answered yet, but perhaps that's because I marked it "non-urgent."

My provider is excellent, always listens and is very supportive in all aspects. She takes the time to explain everything and answers questions myself and my daughter have.

I feel like I am coming to see a friend as well as my doctor. She listens to what I have to say, and makes suggestions on how to solve problems. She's willing to try new things if they sound appropriate for my situation. The biggest problem is that she needs to be cloned so she can be available to all of us who want to see her!

This was my first appointment with this provider, as my former one retired. She took time to get to know me and answer my questions. The only downside was I had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time to see her.
