I have never had a bad experience with my care provider. She always answers my questions and concerns. I am happy having her for my care provider.

I have seen a few providers here. It was the first time I saw Theresa and she showed genuine concern for my health that the others did not. She spent a lot of time with me and when another staff member came in and interrupted my visit , she clearly told her that she was with me and would be with her after. She did not stop my visit to have a discussion with that person and I appreciated that. As far as the front desk, they are always friendly but are on their phones a lot. If you need something you have to walk up to them because they aren't paying attention. Otherwise they are kind and friendly.

Anytime I have a question about a procedure or process, she always finds out info. Usually she knows the info I want, but if it is something a little different she researches it for me. I feel like I am talking to a friend, and that she supports me like a friend.
