Love Teresa, she is a wonderful doctor who listens to me, always answers my questions and concerns. She has made me trust the medical field again after some very bad experiences elsewhere with other doctors.

Teresa always shows importance towards my health

This was my first appointment with this provider, as my former one retired. She took time to get to know me and answer my questions. The only downside was I had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time to see her.

The receptionists are either real friendly or real rude/in a hurry. So I have mixed thoughts about this question. But the provider and referral lady Joanne were amazing as usual.

Very nice and dr, that listen to any concerns I had

I have seen a few providers here. It was the first time I saw Theresa and she showed genuine concern for my health that the others did not. She spent a lot of time with me and when another staff member came in and interrupted my visit , she clearly told her that she was with me and would be with her after. She did not stop my visit to have a discussion with that person and I appreciated that. As far as the front desk, they are always friendly but are on their phones a lot. If you need something you have to walk up to them because they aren't paying attention. Otherwise they are kind and friendly.
