Because I had a medical issue that needed immediate attention to relieve pain, I was very appreciative that there were a couple of doctors who had openings in their Monday schedules.Often, when there is an illness or medical issue that needs immediate attention, one has to go to the Urgent Care. I'm thankful that Dr. Pachon was available and also that the radiology department was able to fit me in to facilitate a resolution to my medical issue. Thanks

Excellent treatment as always !!

My only complaint is the 30 minute wait to see dr. Pachon and she is booked in weeks in advance. However, the 30 minute wait was justifiable as dr. Pachon spent more time with me than other doctors. Overall she is so far my best family doctor. Very happy with her.

Dr. Amber L. Pachon far exceeded my hopes and expectations. Her demeanor was calm, caring, and professional. This was a "wellness visit", which turned into a check on a "vulva (?) lump"....Per my request, Dr. Pachon easily examined the "lump" and was absolutely perfect letting me know each step she was taking. With confidence & kindness Dr. Pachon identified the "cyst" and stated that if I felt any further discomfort (or concern) I should come back. (btw the cyst is even more minuscule now!!)....Providence has a SHINING STAR in their midst with Dr. Pachon! I had no idea that when my beloved doctor (Joanna Tan) of 30 years retired, that I would so quickly trust a "new doctor". Because of who & how she is, Dr. Pachon has earned my trust, respect, and admiration!

Yes, I had to wait to see Dr. Pachon, but I really like her, and she's worth the wait!

I was scheduled for a virtual visit the afternoon and told them my symptoms. I received a call from the office that Dr. Pachon saw what was the issue and wanted me to come in right away as my symptoms were more of a face to face and put me in right away. They care and in the long run was the best decision as she heard me, was concerned, and cared I got Immediate treatment with a plan for me to follow steps till I see her again. They cared
