Dr. Brian Lai provided a surgical pre op clearance for me in a tight time frame. I appreciated his attention and quick action. He also followed up by sending me a message on my chart confirming receipt of lab work and let me know I was cleared and confirmed he sent the clearance to Cedars Sinai where the procedures are being done. I appreciated the follow-up and his MA was very kind and attentive as well.

Twice I have written a lengthy response and somehow the software times out and it is lost.My visit with Dr. Lai was not good. I have much more that I could add. Not up to doing it a 3rd time. Dr. Lai needs, in my opinion, to work on his interpersonal skills. I came in with good expectations and left anxious, frustrated and in tears by the time I reached my ride.

Dr. Lai asked me appropriate questions regarding my condition He prescribed medication to alleviate my symptoms Also scheduled physical therapy and further blood tests I requested laterI will do a follow up visit after the physical therapy is completed

The doctors need to be more respectful and agree to disagree when patients refuse to take certain medications or advice.

Dr. Lai took my concerns of my head injury very seriously and ordered tests to rule out a more serious condition.

Had a great experience with Dr. Lai. Very attentive and gave alot of input to my questions. The last general Dr. I had took months to get into and the staff was very rude. Dr. Lai's Nurse is amazing and I appreciate this doctors office professionalism. On my app I do not show Dr. Lai on my care team. The front desk tried to help, no luck.

Dr. Lai always takes time to answer my questions simply and doesn't just "brush me off" with some mumbo jumbo. He calls personally with any concerning test results or necessary medication changes and makes certain to explain why it is needed.
