Dr. Shiu is a wonderful doctor and I am grateful to have her as my Primary Care Physician.

Dr Shiu is excellent. My appointment is to establish as a new patient so it took 3 months to finally see her. But she is worthy to wait.

Dr. Colette Shiu is amazing! Totally knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns. She went over all my test results even from my cardio doctor results. Explained all my blood work results so I totally understood and appreciate all of her expertise. I would 200% refer Dr. Colette Shiu to everyone. I had the best yearly physical with her than any other doctor and I'm 72 years old. She did a fantastic job explaining everything to me.

My concerns were addressed. Referrals submitted. Authorization received the next day.

I was really impressed, my wait time was 5 minutes and the nurse met with me to discuss blood pressure and Dr. Schue mer with me shortly after to review and discuss further my issue. I was out within 35 minutes. It was a great experience.

My provider Dr.Collette Shiu is wonderful. She provides thorough care and allows me to feel at ease. I came in with an orthopedic concern and she addressed it thoughtfully with understanding. I received a referral and was given an x-ray request. Which I was immediately able to follow up on in the same building and receive within the hour. Thank you for the quick service! I also wanted to share a positive comment about the team in the imaging center that helped me. (I wish I could remember their names.) They were quick and efficient while also being genuinely kind and engaging. They demonstrated great care and were incredible! Please commend them on the terrific service they provided!

I am very pleased with Dr Shiu. Prior to my visit she became very familiar with my current medical issues and the other doctors I have been seeing. When she entered my room she stated we have a lot to talk about. I felt she is truly Invested in me and my health

This was my initial visit with this physician. I changed because my prior primary did a very minimal exam, did not listen, failed to get my rx correct and did not schedule or mention a follow up, and I never returned. Dr. Shiu was so thorough and authoritative that I agreed to tests I previously declined. I am hoping I won't have to find a new physician for a very long time.

Dr.Shiu is an excellent Dr. Who listens and then comes up with a plan of action. It's hard to find a Dr. That actually listens. She's superb!

I shared sensitive information with this provider that took courage to share. She was calculated and not compassionate. She appeared to question the validity of what I was saying. I havre an official diagnosis of PTSD and she kept referring to "PTSD-like symptoms" which felt like she devalued what I was saying. I didn't feel heard. It was only after my mom came in and challenged her that she improved her bedside manner. Doctors need a balance of knowledge and compassion in situations like this. Knowledge is no good if the patient leaves feeling unheard and not understood.

I walked in w/o appt. & the clerk was able to book me in due to a cancellation. He noticed I was concerned w/my high BP. Dr.Shiu was very thorough, kind & caring. She made sure all routine exams were up to date & gave me referrals as needed. I walked away relieved & at ease. I'm glad she's back from maternity leave
