Doctor John Shin is amazing. His employees are OK ,not as kind and aging as the doctor.

I really enjoy my provider and I wouldn't change.

Dr Shin and his staff were professional and courteous. I was able to get an appointment in just a couple of days. I am hoping this will continue, but it seems whenever I need to see a Family doctor (in a reasonable time) I have to see a different physician.

I have been with Dr John Shin for a little over a year. He has helped me with my medical questions and getting me mobility devices that have given me the ability to leave my house and gain Independence In many forms. I felt like Dr John Shin although he doesn't quite understand what It Is like to live in an extremely large body has respect for those that need DME equipment and rehabilitation services to gain Independence. I am very grateful for Providence and St Jude Heritage Medical group and/or effort of many of the staff, nurses and doctors. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the medical team to understand my needs and get me back to mobility and looking forward to full rehabilitation.

Dr. Shin does a nice job. He seems to actually remember me, who I am as opposed to just another patient.With everything he had going on sometimes he has to reread my chart to check the facts which is understandable. Like I said, he does a nice job.

Always on point, and very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Dr Chin is in my opinion the best provider I've had at Providence. I find him to be very thorough and knowledgeable and really takes his time to understand and explain the best possible care for his patients.

I saw Dr. Shin for a pre-op clearance appointment, he was extremely thorough took his time and very understanding of all of my questions. He is an excellent physician and I would see him at any time if my physician was not available, stellar care provided

This was my first appointment with Dr Shin, as I changed medical providers, effective January [Date], 2026. Unlike my previous experiences, Dr. Shin is a knowledgeable professional that shows care for his patients. He provides thorough explanations, acts quickly on resolutions and has a very good follow up system.

I went for a specific injury and there was not really a plan of treatment or helpful medical advice for this. I am switching providers

Overall a great experience. I had some confusion regarding prior prescriptions and getting them filled (i.e. Getting a possible prior authorization). It took a bit of back and forth on the phone and in person between my pharmacy and the doctor's office to get my questions answered, but everyone was helpful and attentive.

1st time seeing Dr. Shin but he was well versed on reason for my visit, answered all my questions. Was very sympathetic l. Willing to listen. Took as much time as I needed, I never felt rushed. Appointment was a great experience I would definitely see Dr. Shin again for my medical needs
