The doctor had a very calming way of talking to me and listened to everything I had to say. She ordered tests right away to see if there was a serious problem going on. I would definitely see her again.

The NP was personable and friendly. I'm not sure she was genuinely interested to hear my concerns. I do realize that I had an appointment at the end of the day but I feel like my appointment should matter as much as the appointment at the beginning of the day. I felt that the topics that I wanted to discuss were met with quick answers and a personal story from her life (which was nice in a way but not really necessary), willingness to prescribe meds (I wasn't looking for a prescription but to have a discussion about options), and/or dismissed with a smile or she just went through the motions of answering my questions. I left the appointment with more questions than I came with and was a bit disappointed. It seems like the quality of providers has gone down over the years. I really miss my old doctor (she left to work in a different department).

I feel like nurse just didn't know enough about how to properly treat me. She should've asked better questions and taken the time to review my medical records prior to coming in to see me. Also, I never received a follow up call from her to review the labs she ordered.

Thanks to NP Melissa who made extra effort to get immediate referral for me to see an eye doctor. It's very convenient for patients to get x ray and other lab works done at the same facility.

I felt Melissa, NP, was thorough in my follow-up care for new BP Rx. She also had an xray request submitted immediately for my shoulder which I recently started feeling pain & discomfort. Also had labs done the same day. I was pleasantly surprised to get results back w/in three business days for both labs & xrays. It was a relief to me & eased my concerns.
